Inspired by the changing seasons, these sessions explore gentle movement made accessible with props and variations to suit each individual body. We will discover how body-positive movement guided by the breath can soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support tranquil contemplation. A practice that supports internal balance allows us to benefit a peaceful community.
Registration is available in discounted blocks of four or ten which don’t have to be attended sequentially, but in doing so you build a foundation of skills and constructive habits that you can rely upon. Moreover, consistency fosters dedication to your self-kindness, and that is a practice I want to help support.
Gentle Movement isn’t about exercise or weight loss, nor is it about competitive acrobatic poses. It’s about connection, with yourself and others, as you pursue your best self.
