Classes are designed to reflect the comprehensive expression of each season in order to facilitate our best selves throughout the year – beginnings and endings, dark moods and light, strength and softness.  Each week, Nerine invites students to consider fresh perspectives on how they can take their observations off the mat and into their daily lives.

An organic practice lead by inspiration rather than a specific journey.

There is no guarantee how we’ll feel with each new day so these sessions are in response to that unknown promising weekly variety.  Guided by student requests, you’ll find the opportunity to simply bring some movement, soft or strong, into your weekday mornings.

Whether it’s your body, your emotions, or your mind, let inspiration be your guide!

Weekly healing just for you…

Encouraging calm slumber, these sessions are a balm to the soul through a seamless harmony of Restorative, Therapeutic, and Yoga Nidra practices.  Specifically designed for the mat or bed in the sanctuary of your home to better support students with insomnia, anxiety, or those who struggle with menopausal symptoms. This is an entirely private practice so students are muted and video-free.

Come enjoy a workshop that supports a harmonious balance between energy and tranquillity with Bella Whitaker and Nerine Pal as they premier an exciting new collaboration!  Participants will benefit from a richer, more comprehensive practice through the dual expertise of our two different styles.

Expect a morning of Gentle Flow – enjoy an effervescent yet gentle practice to awaken the body and illuminate the mind.

Followed by drinks and a brief break.

Next prepare for an afternoon of Restorative Yoga – a practice of luxurious calm to soothe the nervous system and cocoon the soul.
