Everyone is welcome in this body-positive space, whether you’re a complete beginner, an experienced practitioner, or a fellow teacher.
Registration is available in discounted blocks of four or ten which don’t have to be attended sequentially, but in doing so you build a foundation of skills and beneficial habits that you can rely upon. Moreover, consistency fosters dedication to your self-kindness, and that is a practice I want to help support.
Mindful Movement isn’t about exercise or weight loss, nor is it about competitive acrobatic poses. It’s about connection, with yourself and others, as you pursue your best self.
