Who are one-to-ones for?
Registration is available in discounted blocks of four which don’t have to be attended sequentially, but in doing so you build a foundation of skills and beneficial habits that you can rely upon. Moreover, consistency fosters dedication to your healing and self-kindness, and that is a practice I want to help support.
One to ones aren’t about exercise or weight loss, nor competitive acrobatic poses. They are about enriched connection, with yourself and others, as you pursue your best self.
