This is an entirely private practice for students so participants are muted and videos are off. Pyjamas are encouraged to drift effortlessly into sleep.

Registration is available in discounted blocks of four or ten which don’t have to be attended sequentially, but in doing so you build a reserve of self-soothing habits and beneficial skills that you can access whenever needed. Moreover, consistency fosters dedication to your self-kindness, and that is a practice I want to help support.
