Inspired Movement Online

There is no guarantee how we will feel with each new day, so these body-positive sessions are in response to that unknown, promising weekly variety and a practice curated by our seasonal changes. 

Guided by student requests, you’ll find an opportunity to bring mindful movement, soft or strong, into your weekday mornings.

Some experience is recommended to accommodate ‘anything can happen’ Tuesdays!

Registration is available in discounted blocks of four or ten which don’t have to be attended sequentially, but in doing so you build a foundation of skills and constructive habits that you can rely upon.  Moreover, consistency fosters dedication to your self-kindness, and that is a practice I want to help support. 

Inspired Movement isn’t about exercise or weight loss, nor is it about competitive acrobatic poses.  It’s about introspective connection as you pursue your best self.

A changeable, organic practice lead by inspiration rather than a specific journey.
